Shipping

• Shipping schedule
• We ship with USPS with estimated delivery of 1-3 business days once it's shipped.
• An email with tracking information will be sent out once order is shipped
• Any delays or lost packages should be reported to the carrier first as we have no control over transit issues.

Returns & Exchanges

• We will make a one time exchange if there are issues with your item. Please send email to cynandfig@gmail.com with any questions or issues with your order and we will do our best to work with you
• If you no longer want your item and it has not been processed please send an email to cynandfig@gmail.com to cancel your order
• If you no longer want your item and it is in transit, please wait for your item to arrive and refuse delivery or return to us unopened. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
