2020- what a year. Things started with Australia on fire, and culminated with an attack on democracy on Jan. 6th, 2021, with a pandemic and a bunch of fuckery in between. Both Cyn & Fig had thought about creating art (putting our educations to work) and maybe, one day, quitting our day jobs and making art as a business our sole occupation.

Then, the world went down the toilet - people were getting sick, people were dying, cops were murdering POC in their homes, the constitution was being shredded daily and all the while, the Earth was burning and we thought, what the hell? So we got started selling masks, with plans to do more. We are now at that "more" stage.

We are both into pattern, vintage design and retro cool. So many of our designs incorporate those themes, but we decided, based on the current state of affairs out there, that our shop would be a "gift shop for the end of the world" so we may from time to time incorporate ideas speaking to that sentiment.

Also, our cat, Cosmo, is probably cooler than your cat. But it's not a competition.
